Brian and Christy Boudreaux were both born and raised in New Iberia, LA. Growing up in two families that loved to cook; they were around it from a very young age. Learning from some of the best cooks. Recipes were never written down, only in the mind of the cook. They both developed a passion to cook and share their food with others.
So their desire to cook, feed lots of people and passed their knowledge on to their children which turned into The Stuffed Cajun! Laissez La Bon Temps Rouler!
