We are in the early stages of crawfish season otherwise know as "Early Season Crawfish". Peak season is March, April & May. We are not yet selling live crawfish. We are beginning to boil crawfish Thursday through Sunday. They are available on those days for orders, which you can make here, or on a first come first serve basis at our store.
We have been selling live crawfish for 13 years in the Austin market. We know what we're doing. All of our crawfish are washed/cleaned and are some of the cleanest, high quality crawfish coming out of Louisiana.
We update crawfish pricing when the market updates which is typically Tuesday of each week.
